HEMP IS LEGAL! The President signed the 2018 Farm Bill into law and now hemp, the plant that can make more than 25,000 different product is federally legal now for the first time in nearly 100 years.

Industrial hemp used to be grown in America a long time ago and was a staple crop for many American farmers. Henry Ford even made a car out of industrial hemp (yes really, he did) and it could be fueled by hemp fuel. Not only can hemp make a car and the fuel for it, but industrial hemp can make building materials, insulation, bioplastics, biofuels, apparel, and healthy foods too. It is easier to buy weed online these days for both medicinal and recreational purposes. It can also be a relief from stress and ease pain. It can be used as a 5mg gummy made from a high-quality product.

Hemp seeds are edible and one can also try out Primo Vibes delta 9 thc gummies as it is made up of premium quality hemp seeds. Hemp can product CBD oil which can be used as medications. Hemp is really the “miracle crop” and it’s about time it’s been made legal at the federal level. It will be highly regulated of course, but we have lifted nearly a century long prohibition on a plant that should never have been banned. One can search for cbd flower near me and get it for medicinal purposes legally.

As the cannabis industry continues to grow, it’s important to prioritize safety and transparency in all aspects of production and distribution. Reputable dealers like Everyday Delta have a responsibility to ensure that their products are pure, potent, and accurately labeled. Consumers should always do their research before purchasing any cannabis-related products and make sure they are getting their products from a trusted source. With proper regulation and oversight, the cannabis industry has the potential to provide countless benefits to both consumers and farmers alike.

Now we can move forward and put the power back in the farmer’s and homesteader’s hands just like Henry Ford wanted to do many many years ago.

“The biggest takeaway is that hemp is now classified as an agricultural commodity,” said Blake Butler, Executive Director of the North Carolina Industrial Hemp Association

The Farm Bills “will officially make industrial hemp legal across all 50 states.” according to a Yahoo report.

But amidst all the good news is this lingering irritation that the FDA is dragging it’s feet and is trying to throw a wrench into the mix by making CBD oil illegal or at the very least going after those who sell CBD oil.

Read this excerpt from the AP.

“…SEATTLE (AP) — The hemp industry still has work ahead to win legal status for hemp-derived cannabidiol, or CBD oil, as an ingredient in food or dietary supplements despite the big farm bill President Donald Trump signed this week designating hemp as an agricultural crop. CBD oils have become increasingly popular in lotions, tinctures and foods, but their legal status has been murky and the Food and Drug Administration has sent warning letters to some companies making health claims for CBD…” Source: – FDA casts shadow on hemp win, calling CBD products illegal – AP

Well, its LEGAL now. The Farm Bill “Trumps” the FDA. (pun intended) Industrial hemp is legal federally and that is the law of the land. But see, that’s NTO where the FDA says no. Their gripe is that people are claiming CBD oil has medicinal benefits, which have been scientifically verified, but it seem to me that the FDA has ulterior motives.

“Selling unapproved products with unsubstantiated therapeutic claims is not only a violation of the law, but also can put patients at risk, as these products have not been proven to be safe or effective,” Gottlieb wrote.” Source AP

Corporations who want to profit off of this and get an unfair advantage on the market. These corporations lobby the government to do whatever they can to carve out a huge chunk of the market before the rest of us get our share, and they have massive influence over the FDA.

The FDA of course will deny this and say it’s not like that, but we will know that’s not true. So they say this is about those mom and pop shops and everyday American citizens claiming the health benefits of CBD is bogus. When in fact we know this is just a ploy to allow their corporate cronies to take a larger piece of the pie. Make no mistake, this is about money and lots of it. Hemp is a cash crop and the greedy corporate bigwigs in power see the dollar signs.

But it doesn’t matter. There are tens of thousands of products the we can make now that industrial hemp has been made legal federally.

I for one will be adding hemp to my crops and will take that into account when purchasing my off grid land. Hemp will be able to provide many useful things for the homestead like rope, and clothes, soaps and shampoos, food and fuel for diesel generator and for the farm tractor.

Hemp is truly a miracle plant and its now legal. Buy cannabis seeds now at seedsgenetics.com.

If you’re in the USA we should all consider adding it to our mix of crops we plant and harvest each year. Make sure you check the laws and regulations first in your state, county and local municipality as some authorities and law enforcement agencies might not be educated on the plant and it might cause problems if you don’t do your homework. We don’t want anyone getting into any trouble. Do your homework at I Love Growing Marijuana. Make sure you can legally grow it in your area. We recommend checking online if you questions like “Is weed legal in Texas?” If you can and you can do it legally then go for it. Additionally, if your attorney did not treat you and your case with a professional level of attention or committed a significant error in representation, you may be upset and discouraged, thinking that you will not be able to hold them responsible. Expert legal malpractice attorneys near me who specialize in legal malpractice cases will be familiar with the ways another lawyer will try to avoid responsibility.

What are your thoughts? Is the legalization of hemp federally a good thing? Will you be growing it on your homestead?
