  • Soak a handful of almonds in water overnight
  • Remove skins and then add the almonds with a cup of hot water in a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is consistent
  • Strain to remove any bits or pieces

You can add scents such as vanilla extract to almond milk. Cashew milk and soy milk have similar recipes. 

2- Cheese

There is so much variety when it comes to cheese. Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cottage cheese are different in taste and texture.   • Get 1 gallon of unpasteurized whole milk, add salt and bring it to a boil.
  • Add 2 tbsp of white vinegar or lemon juice and stir the mixture.
  • Curds will appear, and when full curds appear, turn off the stove.
  • Strain the mixture into a bowl using a thin tea towel or muslin cloth so that you can get the curds

You can make mozzarella cheese the same way, but the only addition would be liquid rennet that gives the cheese its pull.

3- Creams

Desserts feel incomplete without creams. You can make whipped cream, sour cream in the comfort of your kitchen.

For sour cream, all your need is a cup of milk, a few drops of lemon juice, and some whipped cream that you can get from the store, or you can make it yourself. All you have o do is mix all the ingredients thoroughly, cover the pot with a breathable cloth, and leave it overnight.

For the whipped cream, boil almond and then add rice flour to it. The ratio of almond milk to rice flour should be 2:1 Bring the mixture to a boil and add sugar. Turn off the stove when the mixture is thick and consistent.

4- Favorite Dairy Items Butter

Butter is an easy dairy product to make at home. All you need are the following ingredients:

  • Whipped Cream
  • Salt
  • A jar and a strainer

You can use the whipped cream that you made at home or buy from the store. Fill half the jar with whipped cream and all a few pinches of salt. Add some water and then shake the jar for a couple of minutes. You will see the results immediately, as the buttermilk will separate itself from the homemade butter. Spread this butter on your toast and enjoy your breakfast.
